PlayScore 2 is a powerful tool for musicians that allows you to play all types of music directly from photos, images, and PDF scores. It provides the ability to export your compositions as MusicXML and MIDI files, making it easy to share and collaborate with other musicians.

With PlayScore 2, you can simply snap a photo of sheet music or import images and PDFs and listen to the playback in real time. The app even scrolls through the song measure by measure, providing an intuitive way to follow along.

One of the key features of PlayScore 2 is the ability to adjust volume, instrument, and transposition for each staff. This makes it ideal for accompanying yourself while singing or playing an instrument. The app also includes a smart metronome that understands time signatures, allowing for precise playback.

Creating Playable Score Documents is a breeze with PlayScore 2. These documents can be easily shared with others who can then play them back using PlayScore 2. Furthermore, you can export full notation MusicXML files to popular score editors like Finale, Sibelius, MuseScore, and Dorico.

PlayScore 2 supports a wide range of musical styles and instruments. Whether you're playing songs, piano, organ, guitar, hymns, solos, sonatas, chamber music, band music, or orchestral pieces – PlayScore 2 has got you covered.

For choirs and ensembles, PlayScore 2 offers the ability to create Playable Scores where each member can listen to their individual part. This makes learning new pieces a breeze as musicians can focus on their specific parts without distractions.

PlayScore 2 provides a variety of features to enhance your musical experience. You can choose from 19 high-quality instruments per staff, change tempo on the fly, tap anywhere to play music, and create loops by dragging with your finger. The app also supports transposing instruments, allowing you to transpose the entire song or individual instruments.

Managing multi-page Playable Scores is effortless with PlayScore 2. You can rearrange, recapture, or delete pages, select page ranges in PDFs, clip and mask sections, and easily search and sort your scores by title or composer.

PlayScore offers different subscription options to cater to different needs. Without a subscription, you can still play and interact with any Playable Score and play unlimited staves of music from a photo. Additionally, you can create and share single-page playable documents.

With a Productivity subscription, you gain access to advanced features such as creating and playing multi-staff, multi-page scores captured with the camera or imported as images. You can also export your documents for others to play and fully interact with your scores including auto-transposing when dealing with transposing instruments. MIDI file export is also available.

The Professional subscription takes it a step further. You can now create Playable Score documents from PDF scores that others can play. Furthermore, you have the ability to export any score as full notation MIDI and MusicXML files containing all the necessary elements like text and dynamics.

Both Productivity and Professional versions are available as 1-month or 12-month auto-renewing subscriptions. Please note that payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on-line after purchase.
